Refund Policy

Thanks for washing with The Wash Spot. If you are not totally satisfied with the wash we provided please notify our management immediately as we stand behind our wash 100%. If we are not able to meet your expectations, at the discretion of our management, we may refund the amount you paid for the wash you were not satisfied with. The Wash Spot does not handle membership billing for our Wash Club and will not refund Wash Club memberships. Any concern with Wash Club Membership should be directed to WashMe at info@mywashme.com.
